    Won't return, felt like i should be sitting on the floor couldnt even give me a plate. I am being generous giving 2 star.

    This service at Michelle's was horrible, i was waiting for about 5 minutes to get served before these other 2 customers walked in and ordered, they took about 10 minutes to order and i was still waiting quietly, shortly after the customers had finished ordering and walked out one of the workers returned to work, she looked up and down at me and continued working not even asking if i needed any help or if i wanted to order. Absolutely horrible service:(

    Absolutely ridiculous, can't imagine how someone can spoil someone's surprise birthday party cakes. Pre ordered two cakes and the staff forgot to personalise it. A cake for an eight year old.
